Heavy Buildup Cleaning Fee - $25 - $100

Before starting your monthly plan, we give your yard a top-to-bottom assessment. In cases of heavy buildup, large yards, multiple dogs, or unforeseen conditions (such as excessive leaves or debris), an additional Heavy Buildup Cleaning fee may apply. That’s why we offer flexible pet waste removal service tiers to match your needs and budget—whether you’ve got one small dog or a whole pack of furry landmine-makers. Our pricing is based on visit frequency, yard size, and number of dogs, so you only pay for what you need.

At this time, we do not haul away waste removal from the property. All waste is securely bagged and left in your designated bin for regular trash pickup. Haul-away service is in development and will be available in the near future. Stay tuned!

All new recurring customers require an initial cleanup (“Initial Yard Reset”) to establish a manageable baseline.
If excessive waste is present, a Heavy Buildup Fee ($25–$100) may apply. The yard will be assessed upon arrival. Approval from the customer will be obtained before additional charges are applied and service begins.Service quality may be limited by conditions such as:

3. Service Plans and Billing
Recurring services are offered on a weekly or biweekly basis and billed monthly.

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically unless canceled. No long-term contract is required.
